Our Composite Process

We have a staff dedicated to our composites, making sure we have your composite board exactly how you want it. This is how our composite program works, if you have any questions at any point please speak with one of our composite coordinators.

Sitting Fee

We charge one fee for your entire composite board. Your price is dependent on the number of people photographed on the board.

What’s Included in the Sitting Fee:

  • Photography of each person on the composite
  • Proofs sent via mail and email to you and your parents
  • Online scheduling for portrait sitting, viewing of proofs, picture selection and ordering
  • Original composite board (either digital or traditional) for the organization
  • Framing, Sealing and Plexi-glass
  • Matboard in many colors, underlay in many colors and styles, your choice of font and many font colors
  • Titles for individuals in composite — unlimited
  • Artwork of your organization’s crest or logo
  • 11” x 14” copy of composite for each person photographed
  • Shipping or delivery of composite and copies to the organization

Payment Process

After everyone has been photographed we will send you an invoice (payable upon receipt) stating what the sitting fee per person is for your organization. We are willing to work with your organization on a payment plan if needed, please contact Susan Stagg for any questions you may have.

Composite Coordinator

We have several composite coordinators.  One of them will be assigned to your organization and will be working with you to create the ideal composite board for your organization.

Time Frame of Events

Last Day of the Photography Session(s) – Day 1
Portrait Proofs Sent Out – by Day 5
Composite Choice Deadline – one week after proofs are received (Day 12)
First Draft Deadline – one week after received (Day 26)
Final Draft Deadline – one week after received (Day 40)
Delivery of Composite Board – Day 60
